Definitions

  • Privatebet.com is referred to as "we" or "us".

  • The Player is referred to as "you" or "the Player".

Binding Declarations

By agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to be bound by the Privatebet.com Rules and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. You hereby represent and warrant that:

  • You are over (a) 18 and (b) such other legal age or age of majority as determined by any laws which are applicable to you, whichever age is greater;

  • You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us and you are not restricted by any form of limited legal capacity;

  • You affirm that you are not an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of Privatebet.com or working for any company related to Privatebet.com , or a relative or spouse of any of the foregoing;

  • You are not diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler. We are not accountable if such problem gambling arises whilst using our services, but will endeavour to inform of relevant assistance available. We reserve the right to implement cool off periods if we believe such actions will be of benefit.

  • You are not politically exposed person or a family member of a politically exposed person;

  • You have only one account with us and agree to not to open any more accounts with us;

  • You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis;

  • You accept our right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website, and to refuse and/or limit bets.

Your Account

In order for you to be able to place bets on our websites, you must first personally sign-up an account with us ("Account").

We do not wish to and shall not accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit you from participating in online gambling, gaming, and/or games of skill, for and/or with cryptocurrencies. By signing-up an account with us you confirm that you're not using any third party software to access our sites from jurisdictions that are prohibited, please refer to section 3.3 for the jurisdictions that are prohibited.

We reserve the right to close player accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve months. In case your account has deposited funds after the 12-month inactive period, we reserve the right to use the remaining deposited funds for administrative costs for closing the account.

You must enter all mandatory information requested into the registration form, including a valid email address. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any "forgotten passwords". It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.

We have the right to carry out "KYC" (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

Deposits

Withdrawals

All withdrawals shall be processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

If your withdrawal amount is equal or less than your deposit, you must use the same payment option as you used for the deposit. The rest can be withdrawn using any payment method.

If we mistakenly credit your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Account. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. If the Account holder becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, s/he must report this to the Company immediately. Privatebet may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority. Whether or not a reward is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely at the discretion of Privatebet.com.

You acknowledge and understand that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to promotions, rewards and special offers, and are in addition to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are set forth in the respective content page on this website (www.Privatebet.com), or have been delivered to you personally, as the case may be. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such promotions, rewards and special offers, and the provisions of these terms and conditions, the provisions of such promotions, rewards and special offers will prevail.

We reserve the right to insist that Customers bet the full amount of their own deposit before they can bet with the free money we credit to them.

Certain promotions may be subject to withdrawal and/or cancellation and may only be available for specific periods and on certain specific terms. You must ensure that the promotion you are interested in is still available, that you are eligible, and that you understand any terms which apply to it.

In addition, Privatebet.com reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit reward, free bet reward, risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any reward, free bet, risk free bet or offer to their account.

All Privatebet.com offers are intended for recreational players and Privatebet.com may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

Reward rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot rewards pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot rewards.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the "Double Spend" methodology, Privatebet.com shall void all bets and winnings. Closing of Accounts

If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. If the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you shall indicate this in writing when requesting the closure.

General Betting Rules

A bet can only be placed by a registered account holder.

A bet can only be placed over the internet.

The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions valid and available on the Website at the time of the bet being accepted.

Any payout of a winning bet is credited to your account, consisting of the stake multiplied by the odds at which the bet was placed.

Privatebet.com reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a Privatebet.com account if it is determined by Privatebet.com in its sole discretion that such a payout has been credited due to an error

A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by you.

Miscarried and aborted games

General Bonus Rule

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, Privatebet reserves the right to:- forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or block an access to particular products, and/or exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or terminate the Account Holder's account with immediate effect.

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets have been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet, or any other promotional offer, result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, Privatebet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and in its absolute discretion to settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings.

Limitation of Liability

You enter the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether expressed or implied.

Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, we, our directors, employees, partners, service providers

  • Do not warrant that the software, Games and the Websites are fit for their purpose;

You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Websites, regardless of the cause of actions (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not exceed 100 Euro.

Breaches, Penalties and Termination

Severability

Assignment

We reserve the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this agreement.

Entire Agreement

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Curacao.

Fairness and RNG Testing Methods
